ZineQuest Continues!

Lots of new games to see this month!

February is ZineQuest on Kickstarter. Creators are encouraged to create gaming zines of all sorts. This has also spawned the independently organised Zine Month. It is the perfect way for new designers to get some experience, while old hands can try new ideas in a low risk setting. I’ve taken part almost every time it has been on, and this year is no different. Here is my pick of the projects so far:

My new baby is a sci-fi RPG about attachment, trauma and meaningful connection with art by Julia Nevalainen.

Hopes and Dreams of the Orbital Bound

A Dyson Eclipse slice of life sci-fi RPG.

An RPG on a poster about living well before the orbiting artificial planet explodes.

An investigative RPG Zine set in the folklore of a farm in Southern Italy.

A Zinequest Compendium filled with Monsters and Hex Crawl Regional Guide.

A post-post-apocalyptic technomancer zine RPG, played using books from your shelf and custom bookmarks.

A solo journaling rpg about a voyage in search of home, and the myth written about it centuries later.

Thanks everyone. Hopefully there are some zines there that takes your intertest. I’ll be doing one more update next week, just before The Connection Machine enters the final 48h of the campaign.
