Mum Chums

Mum Chums is live on Kickstarter! You can back it now. There is a linked free demo version. You can read all about the project there.

Edinburgh Indie Gamers

My local club is going to be fundraising in mid-March. All profit from pledges will go into the costs of running the club and keeping events free to all attendees. In return, we will be producing and sending out the third of our club zines!

An orange rectangle with the "Edinburgh Indie Gamers" title within. It is above two cherubs holding a banner which reads "A club for small press and indie RPGs".Below that in comic-style font is "Zine #3

The contents include:

  • The Berserker Gang - A Honey Heist hack of overblown masculinity by Dan Bloom (he/him)

  • Cogbroken - A Robotic Adventure RPG by Alyx (they/them)

  • The Family - A Horror RPG by Alexa (she/her)

  • Causing a Scene: Scenes as a Gameplay Mechanic - An article by James T. Harding (he/they)

  • Lessons from Improv - An article by Craig Innes (he/they)

  • You Only Ger One Shot - A guide to running one-shot games by Martin Pickett (he/him)

  • Lots of art by various club members.

  • More TBA.

That’s three full games, and a bunch of great articles, all going cheap. Follow along now on Backerkit to get notification about the launch.

Well, thats all the big news for now. If you fancy seeing some of the other games I’m working on, you can join my quiet little design discord server. I post early versions of new games and run playtests of them. Otherwise, I’ll be back in March with more news of what games are coming (including a zine I’m making for the upcoming Embers of Humanity).

Narratively Yours,

Tanya.
